According to the authorities, there were no complaints of anyone being injured. According to the Metropolitan Police, an individual has been detained as a result of the event.

According to reports from BBC, the police force stated that armed officers had made the arrest of the man on suspicion of criminal damage and hazardous driving.

The primary thoroughfare that runs parallel to Downing Street has been blocked off by the police.

A 19-year-old man of Indian descent is suspected of intentionally ramming a rented U-Haul truck into a barrier in front of the White House. He allegedly informed officials that he wanted to get into the residence to “seize power” and “kill” Vice President Joe Biden.

After he smashed the truck into the security barricades on the north side of Lafayette Park just before 10 p.m. on May 22, US Park Police apprehended Sai Varshith Kandula. The incident, which sent several pedestrians fleeing from the scene, occurred on the north side of the park.
