Kim Kardashian has hired a team of lawyers to prevent the release of another sex tape.
Ray J, who appeared with her in her infamous video shot over 20 years ago, is reportedly planning to make millions by releasing more private recordings, according to the reality star.
Kim, 41, has already spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on a top-notch legal team to put him out of business. She is very adamant about protecting her family “at all costs.”
A source said: “Kim knows that Ray J made other tapes of them together. Some of the footage will be incredibly intimate.
She has told lawyers, “over my dead body is this happening again.”
The initial tape threatened to terminate Kim’s career before it ever began, but in the end, it was essential in her rise to popularity.
When the film was made, she and rapper and actor Ray J were both 22 years old.
When Kim Kardashian: Superstar was released in March 2007 by Vivid Entertainment, she was still a relative unknown.
She had previously starred in The Simple Life as Paris Hilton’s stylist, but she was better recognized as OJ Simpson lawyer Robert Kardashian’s daughter.
Keeping Up With The Kardashians launched on television a few months later, courtesy of the commercial expertise of “momager” Kris Jenner.
Despite her parents’ efforts, the tape became widely circulated on the internet.
In an exclusive interview with The Sun, Kevin Blatt, who helped publicize the Paris Hilton sex tape One Night In Paris with poker player Rick Salomon, stated that he was offered the chance to acquire the tape from Ray J in 2006.
Blatt, now 53, admitted he had no idea who Ray J was but agreed to meet with him.
Ray J revealed that they shot the romp on Kim’s birthday while on vacation in Cabo, Mexico.
But, according to Blatt, he never heard from Ray J again, and the 41-minute film was eventually delivered to Vivid Entertainment by a third party.
Soon later, Kim filed a lawsuit against Vivid, accusing the company of publishing the tape without consent.
She dismissed the lawsuit after Joe Francis, the creator of Girls Gone Wild and a family friend, assisted her in obtaining $US5 million for the distribution instead.
Kim is now desperately trying to protect her four children, ranging in age from two to eight.

Kim and her family created the first season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which had 20 seasons before being relaunched on Hulu under a new name.
In the third episode of The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian is shown in a New York hotel with her friends, including her mother Kris Jenner and sister Khloe Kardashian, only hours before presenting Saturday Night Live.
Kim’s mother and Khloe are called to her hotel room, where they meet Kim’s husband Kanye, just off an economy class flight from Los Angeles.
“I just came from the airport,” Kanye informs Kris.
“I just travelled to get something for Kim,” he said enigmatically. ” That’s what she wants to show you.”
“Kanye flew home last night and he came back this morning,” Kim said to a gathered group of her friends and family, her voice choked up with emotion. I want want to show you guys what he got me.”
Kim unzipped the suitcase and revealed a vintage desktop computer, wiring, and a hard drive.
Kim then told the Hulu cameras: “I know Kanye did this for me, but he also did this for my kids. I want to shield them as much as I can.
“If I have the power to or Kanye has the power to, that is the most important thing to me. I’m just so emotional because of it. It just means a lot to me.”
Kim then joked: “I think I need a security guard just to stand by this janky bag.”
