Pokemon Presents August 2022

  1. Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet

The Legendary Pokémon Koraidon and Miraidon, who will accompany you on your journey through the Paldea region in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, were given more screen time during this Pokemon presents. You’ll take the character of a student at a prominent academy in these eagerly awaited open-world role-playing games. There, you’ll make a lot of new friends and go on a treasure hunt to learn about three great stories, one of which involves the standard Pokémon journey of facing off against eight Pokémon Gyms in an effort to become a Champion.

The Paldea region is home to a variety of new Pokémon Presents, including a variant of Wooper. You’ll also run into Cetitan, who can use its horn to freeze its surroundings, and the delightfully squishy Fidough. However, Paldea is not only the home of brand-new Pokémon; the mysterious Terastal phenomena also makes Pokémon shine like gems, boosts a Pokémon’s type, and even changes a Pokémon’s type depending on its Tera Type! By participating in Tera Raid Battles with up to three other Trainers, you can catch Pokémon with uncommon Tera Types.

  1. 2022 Pokémon World Championships

The Pokémon World Championships in 2022 are coming up fast. And for the first time, Trainers will have the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities and win the first-ever World Championships in those categories of Pokémon GO and Pokémon UNITE.

There was even a glimpse of the special Pikachu plush that would only be sold at the Pokémon Center pop-up at the World Championships location in 2022. Dedicated live streams for each competition will allow you to watch all the action even if you are unable to attend the event in person.

Ultra Beasts, a type of Pokémon GO beast, have been spotted at Pokémon GO Fest events all over the world. If you weren’t able to make it to one of those events, don’t worry; on August 27, 2022, these Ultra Beasts will assemble during the Pokémon GO Fest 2022: Finale, a global event that can be enjoyed by all Trainers.

In addition, Trainers might come across Pokémon that they don’t typically encounter in the wild. Additionally, there will be Special Research that allows Trainers to interact with the mythical Pokémon Shaymin.

With the new Daily Adventure Incense, a special incense that can be used once per day and lasts for 15 minutes, you can now draw Pokémon that are not typically seen in your area. The new Incense can even draw Legendary Pokémon, so keep an eye out for it!
