The story focuses on the romantic adventures of the God of Thunder, as he is forced to flee Asgard after his father, King Odin, is overthrown by the new rulers of Asgard, the Asgardians of Vanaheim. The new rulers want to make Asgard a more peaceful planet, but Thor finds himself caught up in a web of intrigue and deceit that he must navigate if he ever hopes to return.
Thor has long been one of Marvel’s most powerful characters, but that wasn’t enough for him. He wanted to be the best, the strongest, the most powerful. So, he left Earth and ventured out into the cosmos. He saw other worlds and other beings, other ways of life and of being, and he learned.
In this journey of self-discovery and redemption, he must demonstrate that even though he is not the ruler of the Norse gods, he is still deserving of the title, LOKI.
Love and Thunder is a fresh beginning for the God of Thunder. After being forced to leave his home, Thor finds himself in New York City, fighting alongside humans to save the world. As the God of Thunder, Thor is in some ways a god; but as a human, he is also vulnerable, and must learn to balance the two worlds he loves most.
This is a journey of introspection and deliverance on which the Norse god must prove his worth. He must prove that he is worthy of the love of the woman he holds most dear, and he must prove that he is worthy of the respect of the people he has sworn to protect.

With the help of the goddess of love, Jane Foster, Thor embarks on a journey that will take him to New York City, and introduce him to the Avengers.
The villain of the movie is Gorr, portrayed by another wonderful actor, Christian Bale has pledged to cease all gods after one of them dared to laugh when his (Gorr’s) daughter died. Gorr is a villain who is a combination of a demon and a human, and he has the power and weapon (Necrosword) to destroy worlds at his will.
